Eligibility Certificate from 12th Class Marks Card (Original) – for JKBOSE students

Eligibility Form for CBSE/Other Boards (provided by the College)

Marks Certificates of Class 10th and 12th (03 self-attested photocopies)

Provisional/Transfer Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original only)

Migration Certificate (Original) with a self-attested copy (for CBSE/Other Boards)

Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended (Original only)

Four recent passport-size photographs

Domicile Certificate (if availabble)(02 self-attested photocopies)

Aadhar Card (02 self-attested photocopies)

Undertaking for Gap Students (if any gap in studies; provided in the admission form)

Reserved Category Certificate from competent authority (if required)(02 self-attested photocopies)

ABC ID (APAAR ID) through DigiLocker account

Candidates are required to bring all original documents for verification at the time of admission.
No "Under Process Certificate" shall be entertained under any circumstances for admission under any category.
Achievement Category candidates (Sports, Cultural, Literary, NCC, NSS, Bharat Scouts and Guides) must produce certificates received during the qualifying examination period (last two years).
Eligibility fee for CBSE/Other Board students is Rs. 1120/-.
As per UGC's revised procedure, students must submit the Anti-Ragging Undertaking online only at: https://www.antiragging.in/affidavit_affiliated_form.php . No hard copy, printout, or signed affidavit will be accepted by the College.
